ETC

Description

ETC project explores how a feeling of intimate embodied connection, such as touch and closeness of other’s bodies can be elicited telepresently in an absence of the actual physical bodies. It explores the use of pseudophaptics and embodied metaphors to create a series of prototypes aiming to support a faint sensation of touching another person in VR.

My role

I collaborated with John through the initial ideation that kicked off the project. Later on I have supported conceptual development, literature review and background research, testing, and running workshops.
